Who we are
We believe philanthropy has the potential to be radically rewired to work more meaningfully for both changemakers and wealth-holders. So, since 2019, we’ve worked with care and courage to explore – and experiment with – a very different form of philanthropic giving.
Put simply, we’re creating a new model that funds people rather than projects so our investments have as long-lasting an impact as possible.
By leaving outdated grant-giving in the past, we’re able to empower those who are creating ripples of social and environmental change to live and work more freely than society would otherwise allow.
We’re always honest about the fact there’s so much we don’t know. And we don’t pretend to have all the answers. But what we do have is the curiosity and conviction to make bold decisions, try new approaches and bring others along with us on our journey to reshape philanthropy thoughtfully from the inside out

Katie is one of our Trustees who is ever supportive and a constantly reassuring presence.
She’s passionate about all things B Corp and when not travelling across Europe might be found in the Highlands of Scotland.

Leah is the communities’ lead, but don’t assume this is a small thing; it and she is a big deal and you need to listen to her!
She lives and works in the Forest of Dean. She is an engaging, intelligent colleague who I enjoy working with and is a caring mother.

Louisa is our Chair of Trustees and go-to aunty in the wealth holder space, known for doing things differently.
She has a big heart and rebellious streak and is always a joy to be with.

Annekais Thirty Percy's fab Programmes Director. Anneka brings a calm, considered energy and wisdom to our work, imbuing the team with care, courage and generosity. She loves to sing, and sometimes we get to hear her dulcet tones!

Muna is our new Trustee at Thirty Percy. A reformed private wealth solicitor, she now works at Good Ancestor Movement. She has a rebellious spirit and brilliant sense of humour.

Lewis is our powerhouse of a Funding Associate and key for all things changemaker at Thirty Percy. Lewis is a wonderful new parent, they have a love for all things cute and music. They are truly wonderful human bean!
